The O'Connell Family has been in the car business since 1959. Beginning with a small establishment in Sherborn, Massachusetts, my father, Bob O'Connell, opened his first car dealership with his partner in 1959. The name of that dealership was Sherborn Motor Sales. Being a small town car dealer, my father knew that earning a good reputation would be the most important aspect in the dealerships success. He was right. When we later expanded the business to open Natick Subaru on Route 9 we made certain to treat our customers the same way they were treated when we were a small town dealer — no high pressure sales, no dishonest sales tactics that insult the consumers intelligence, and a service department that stands behind every car we sell. This was the philosophy with which I opened O'Connell Motors in Framingham in 1992. I am extremely particular in selecting pre-owned cars and trucks to sell. We specialize in 5-10 year old cars that have been well maintained. Every car we sell goes through a stringent 42 point inspection and is backed by warranty.
